Refund policy

Returns will be processed as gift card only. Items can be returned within 14 business days with tags attached and receipt. Shoes, purses, and accessories are final sale. Black Friday Doorbustes, and ALL Sale items are FINAL SALE. 

If more than 5 items are returned in a 14 day period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any additional items returned.
