Mail in Program

Not local? No problem! We offer a mail-in program where you can mail your items right to us!

When you mail items in, we process them just as we would when someone brings them in our store.
We would ask that you launder them and immediately box them for shipment.
There is no limit on how many items can be shipped at one time.
For the shipping cost, we refund that to you in store credit.


For packages over 8lbs, Use the UPS, which is much cheaper in cost.
Also be sure to sure a larger box, rather than multiple packages. Signature confirmation is not required, and standard shipping is what we reimburse.


We look for items that are
- in excellent condition
- free of stains, fading, and pulling
- current style, within the last couple of years old.
- we accept clothing, shoes, purses, and small accessories


We pay a percentage of what we think we can sell the items for, factoring in the style, popularity, condition, price, risk, and business overhead. We are unable to give estimates. We recommend trying to sell the items yourself first if you you are uncomfortable with our process.

We pay cash or store credit for items we accept. Items that we don’t accept are donated to a local foster care charity.
